We are using SAP Concur for travel expenses ex. Flight , hotel, other expenses during the travel. Sometimes we get connectivity issues between our SAP and Concur system . Other than that the we have not seen any issues , no outages seen. We would like to see more reporting and multiple document types functionality while using different documents posting in AP

SAP Concur works well for expense reporting , approval for expenses and API connectivity works great with ECC system. Setting up Visa cards config is user friendly but there are no room for custom coding on concur side, the customization need to be done on SAP side for concur while posting documents .
