We use SAP Concur, a cloud-based solution, and it is used to manage travel, expense, and invoice processes. It helps large organization to automate how employees book travel, submit expenses and approve costs. Ensure compliance while giving finance teams real-time visibility into spending. It captures receipts and submits expense reports digitally to managers. Audit, reimburse, and post expenses directly into ERP.

SAP Concur is well suited in large organizations. Organization with high travel and expense volume. Multi country operations, SAP ERP landscape and Manual or fragmented expense tools.

It is not suited for very small companies. Low travel and expense volume.

Fully outsourced AP plus travel. Slower innovation compared to newer Saas players.

We use SAP Concur to book travel, accommodations, and file expense reports all within the same function. It functions as a one stop shop for our org. Prior to utilization of SAP Concur, we had to piece together our itineraries and expenses from different sources which made for a major headache.

Likelihood to Recommend

SAP Concur is particularly well-suited for complicated travel itineraries. Booking a flight with multiple legs with hard stops combined with a hotel itinerary-SAP Concur can handle it all. The best part is that all of this data directly populates in your next expense report too-no more tracking down receipts from American Airlines a month later.

In my organisation, we use SAP Concur for our expense reimbursement for the money we spend on our business travel. SAP Concur allow employees to reimburse their money used for their skilling, certification, travel required for project, business visits and hotel expenses. It provides complete flow from request to resolution for all finance expenses.

For expense management, approvals and re-imbursement, i feel SAP Concur is best but for any flow that is not financial using SAP Concur is not good.

It is very useful to do expense management. We can easily submit the records to the management with proof like bills and everything. We can also attach our expense report because of Sap Concur the manual effort has become low. Good feature about this is it detects the fraud and duplicate claim. It is very good for finance team to manage their expenses

Suppose if you want your organization to manage the employee bills or reimbursement there we can use this. If the staff is travelling to different regions this will help to reimburse there money. This will also detect the fraud in human interaction it's not possible to detect fraud and same bills

SAP Concur is the single portal for managing all our expense. Our booking and travel partner vendor is integrated with SAP Concur which allows us plan , book and claim the travel at once place. Travel + Regular expense all is managed at once place. SAP Concur integration with Azure AD seamlessly allows login with our organisation user id and password.

I've been using SAP Concur for over a decade across multiple tech companies. It helps us move at lightning speed when it comes to client facing meetings, company events, corporate travel and office expenses. We're able to use the mobile app on the go to speed up the process and get it done in that very moment. It's easy to tag the appropriate users involved, upload receipts, images, etc. add additional comments for further reviewing, and more.

Likelihood to Recommend

SAP Concur is great for companies with 500 employees or more. They're able to help companies scale and grow. They're also a good long term investment because employees will eventually get used to the process of using the platform, although there are more user friendly platforms out there. I wouldn't recommend a small startup use SAP Concur but if they're looking to do a lot of expensing and need a consistent process that doesn't exist today, it's worth considering.

We use SAP Concur at our organization for our expenses. It helps with getting my monthly expenses submitted, reviewed and approved. It helps to cut down on collecting paper receipts and speeds up submitting these expenses regularly. I am pretty sure all employees use this to process expenses on a monthly basis.

SAP Concur seems like its a pretty easy tool to collect expenses for a larger organization. I am just an employee here not really sure what or how the decisions were made to use the platform but it suits my needs to submit an expense as an employee here at the org.
