Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
In my organisation, we use SAP Concur for our expense reimbursement for the money we spend on our business travel. SAP Concur allow employees to reimburse their money used for their skilling, certification, travel required for project, business visits and hotel expenses. It provides complete flow from request to resolution for all finance expenses.

Cons
- UI is simple but lacks good user experience
- Padding and margins of content boxes are not good
- Page load time could have been fast
- All financial expenses re-imbursement is done within 60 days
- Improved productivity with approval flow
- Its efficiently dedected duplicate bills
In my organisation, we have integrated SAP Concur with payroll softwares and its doing best on that and re-imbursement is happing well.
