What is Shared Mailbox Plus?
Shared Mailbox Plus is a platform to improve a shared inbox for groups that need to manage a shared email. The software will prevent collisions (multiple users answering same email), gives fair and equitable email rotation options, supports complex, custom forwarding rules and offers response time reporting and SLA alerting.
