I am an outbound BDR (Business Development Representative) at a mid-sized SAAS company. The importance of high quality data is integral to success. Snov.io does an incredible job sourcing data. It’s email verifier helps keep our email domain in good standing as well, as to not end up in our prospects junk mail.

Snov.io is complimentary to other databases. It has data that others do not. It also lacks some data where others may have. Best practice is to use multiple databases to ensure accuracy of data and gain a more comprehensive view of the Quality of these data softwares. Recommended for all sales operations.

Lead generation is always needed for service-based businesses like mine, so it's critical to keep a fresh source of potential prospects' data, which Snovio fulfills comprehensively. As we sell to other companies, its complete integration with LinkedIn, our primary source of leads, works primarily for our B2B business development objectives.

Snovio is perfect if you have a clear, Ideal Customer Profile mapped for your lead gen efforts. It helps you find specific decision-makers in companies buying what you're selling and enables you to enhance the process of nurturing a relationship with value. Snovio is less appropriate if you target consumers instead of businesses and/or if you use it for massive/untargeted /generic cold email campaigns that verge on the brink of spam.

The product helps with sending out cold emails to targeted prospects. It helps reach hard-to-reach individuals that are generally expensive to reach through paid ads. The software doesnt just send the communications, it also helps to generate the data needed to run a successful cold email campaign. This makes it a "one-stop shop" for marketing agencies.

Likelihood to Recommend

We have used Snov.io for running our own cold emails very successfully. It has been a great product for using internally, and for generating sales appointments with B2B companies. We find it is less appropriate for multi-channel lead generating campaigns, where we are looking for a multi-touch point strategy which uses SMS, phone etc.
