Stairkey is a business management platform for contractors, trades, and home-services companies. It combines estimating, invoicing, project management, scheduling, job costing, and accounting in a single system, aiming to replace the mix of spreadsheets and disconnected point tools that small contracting businesses typically rely on.

Core capabilities include customizable estimates that convert into projects—automatically seeding tasks, materials, and tool lists—along with a Gantt-style project timeline, crew scheduling with route planning, change-order management, and a mobile contractor portal for field crews to track tasks, log receipts, and manage shopping and tool lists. Stairkey also offers built-in double-entry accounting with sales-tax handling, job-level cost tracking, fixed-asset and depreciation management, and client invoicing.
