StructuredWeb is a very professional tool for email and social marketing. It helped our team to communicate with prospects through 2 major channels like email and social media. It helps in generating leads and also our social media posts to reach the target audience. - Product is very easy to use. Automated features for scheduling campaigns are easy to set up and effective. Ease of tracking data from the campaigns as emails are sent out. - The ability to choose from a library of different assets, images etc.-help our team to communicate with prospects through 2 major channels like email and social media. It helps in generating leads and also our social media posts to reach the target audience.

Flexibility and pretty user-friendly. The ability to white-label helps build a space that looks like an extension of your brand, which is very nice. The functions connect sales, marketing, enablement, which I haven't seen on other platforms. There is also the ability to display content based on the specific users' company, so customization is high.

StructuredWeb is currently used by the marketing department with specific employees focusing on channel goals. It is used to reach a larger audience, distribute information more quickly, and efficiently manage campaigns.

Pros

StructuredWeb allowed us to build a vast portal for our vendors, offering them a wide variety of assets.
Staying true to our brand is important to us, and StructuredWeb allowed us to do that by giving us the flexibility we needed.
The campaign tactics we were able to manage worked flawlessly.

Cons

StructuredWeb does take a little while to get comfortable with. Then again, it has so many features that taking time to get used to it seems normal.

StructuredWeb was used to automate the go-to-market process for both vendors and reseller partners. As a large technology distributor, we had a hard time getting our existing partners to sell new products from different vendors. StructuredWeb made it easier for partners to learn about and sell new products which was good for them, our vendors, and our platform adoption.

Pros

Makes it easy for vendors to load their go-to-market assets to the centralized platform.
Makes it easy for partners to find vendor-created assets in a centralized location.
Makes our cloud marketplace more sticky since both vendors and partners can easily create, distribute, and co-brand go-to-market assets.

Cons

The concept of go-to-market automation at the distributor level is relatively new in the channel space. So there is some education that needs to happen on both the vendor and partner sides. Normally, each vendor has their own partner portal which makes it difficult for partners because they have to log into multiple portals that have different navigation as well as types of content. With StructuredWeb, we were able to create ONE portal for multiple vendors. While this is a powerful concept, it is new which means we had to educate the market to get it off the ground.

StructuredWeb is a must-have for vendors with a large number of partners. It is also well suited for large technology distributors who have multiple vendors with multiple partner networks. The solution might not have as much value for vendors with smaller partner networks.

Thanks to StructuredWeb, we built a first-of-its-kind multi-vendor portal that provides go-to-market resources for hundreds of vendors. This portal is a one-stop shop for thousands of channel partners who can access ready-made, multi-touch campaigns and edit and co-brand assets. It features a number of content distribution options, including social, website, product catalog and video. Partners can also easily manage and track leads and opportunities as well as access detailed reporting with data at several levels.

With this portal, partner engagement has increased. Partners have valuable sales and market resources at their fingertips to generate demand and increase their sales. Vendors are connecting directly with more channel partners, and they're able to expand their network of partners. We're also supporting a global marketplace of 50+ markets and 10 languages.
