The Assistant answers user questions from the documentation an organization already maintains and surfaces the right guide when the answer is a process. In-app guidance walks people through complex and compliance-sensitive workflows. Announcements, in-app surveys, tooltips, and Validators handle awareness, feedback, and error prevention at the point of entry. Content is built in a no-code authoring environment.
