Most agile Digital Adoption Platform - received great user feedback

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We work with Userlane across several applications to reduce the friction our employees experience with complex workflows. We had launched a new application and realized that despite the effort we had put into training our users, most people were still using the previous "old" application which made it impossible for us to sunset it at the date we had planned. Userlane helped us improve the experience on the new application and we were able to get people to accept and actively use the new application within a few weeks. This helped us cut the cost of running two systems in parallel. Additionally, we also received positive feedback on the Userlane assistance from our users.

  • Fast to setup and easy to maintain.
  • Great support and advice, very pleasant interactions.
  • Easy to scale across multiple applications.

Cons

  • Currently only for web-based applications.
  • Some vendors have a lower price point.

Userlane is a digital adaptation platform like other platforms providing help in mastering any software with [a] team of helpers and virtual assistants helping in mastering technical and non-technical software. It helps in software usage by providing on screen help. Companies with distributed workspace can benefit from Userlane. Wonderful and delightful experience if I consider my workplace.

  • More [in] depth analytics required.
  • Support should address more individual customer needs.
  • Direct synchronization with CRM would be beneficial.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suit[ed] because of professional virtual assistants. Also quality is a great concern with well developed strategy from implementation till execution. Customer support needs improvement in addressing individual customer needs. User level analytics should be incorporated. These concerns would be really helpful if taken into consideration. Otherwise, it's a great platform.

Userlane is best for employee Training and support.We have used this for our employee training and support purpose.It helps the new employee to adopt any software easily and if you change or implement new software in your organization then it is useful for existing employees to adopt the new software easily and efficiently.It really helps the organizations to saves lot of time and money for support and training.we have used this across the whole organization.The best part is that you can customized the training as per user or department.We had implemented new HR system in our Organization.It helped all our employees to adopt the new system .We have used in many Use cases. Even we have used this for customer on boarding.It really saves a lot of travel expenses and cost for customer training.

Userlane has helped us to reduce the time.It helped our employees to adopt the changes in less time and it helped the organization to increase the productivity of employees.Through this you can save a lot of time and more.In current pandemic situation,This is the best tool to support your employees for training and support .You can use this tool in any department.

We use Userlane to onboard our new users, communicate our newest features with them and give them tutorials within our software. We have different types of users, so we make different user experiences for different users with Userlane. Also, we can analyze the use of our software from new users and how the different tutorials are being used and where they can be improved.

Likelihood to Recommend

Userlane is excellent to show new users in your software, show them the main functionality and after that give them a deep dive of every single feature. After that, you can deliver them new tutorials with every new functionality of your software and explain to them the use of your software in a very intuitive way. It's not well suited to advertise within your software with coupons or offers.
