Use Cases and Deployment Scope

These are a few cases for which we use Clear view as of now primarily 1. Service order management, and 2. Customer self-service portals. Also we are using it for 1. Streamlining operations. 2. Improve customer experience. 3. Drive revenue growth through customer Relationship Management providing a unified platform to manage customer interactions, sales, support, billing, and inventory.
Service order management provides an automated process for managing service orders, which helps telecom companies to streamline their operations and reduce the time and cost of processing orders.

Cons

Reporting is always a challenge with any platform. The canned reports are excellent, and Valicom will assist with custom reports. But every customer wants to see the reporting different. I wish we had a report builder, but otherwise, no limitations on the reporting itself.
Some areas of the software don't give me all the columns I'm looking for. For example, reviewing invoices requires me to open each one to find what site it's for instead of letting me add the site name column to the main review page. Some of the reporting isn't as customizable or intuitive as I would like.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We chose Clearview to track and report on various data related to telesales. This was needed as we moved towards more remote workers. They have great customer support and it's been easy to use so far. We got help during implementation to ensure we were able to collect the data and generate reports leadership wanted to see.

Was tasked with setting up a telesales operation - used Clearview for reporting on calling outgoings and various revenue-based comparisons, tracking all data and revenue associated with the telesales operation allowing for accurate P&L analysis.

API integration needs improvement - works but only on a basic degree

For a scaling SMB, this system is great, if you can be prepared to use it aside from other systems as it builds up its network of API integrations. It's easy to implement, use, manage users & get clear and accurate live reporting from all of the sources from mobiles to servers to data storage.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Clearview's software is easy to use, in addition to ensuring accurate billing with all carriers, the software also captures all the necessary data and there is no software downtime. No matter what information our clients provide, the software allows us to find any item quickly without wasting much time. The Clearview team provides excellent customer support and always goes beyond and far to support its customers.

Though I am happy with how it is, however reporting and analytics can be made better.

The customer support has been great where the problem was resolved quickly. Its module layout makes it easy to find all relevant information with much ease. We were looking for a way to increase engagement of our team members on social media. We spend a lot of time curating content for the agency, but then only rely on the agency/company social channels to push the content out. We realize the value of having individuals share the company content to their networks. The reach is far greater, and it can feel more authentic. Our efforts to gain buy in from the team continued to fall short when we ask them do manually do things. So we were looking for a solution to make it seem a bit more effortless.

Ranking and scoring system (badges)
Share now vs Share with Peaktime is good

Cons

Not great for sharing Social Media posts, only content that lives on a web page
Sharing across multiple channels simultaneously is available, but can be confusing
Facebook shares work differently than LinkedIn and Twitter
Need to relink social accounts periodically

Like most platforms, its only as good as how well and how often you use it. It definitely is a good platform for pushing out content to your employee base or team. You need to have a decent size list of people to realize its true capability/value/reach. It requires someone to be regularly loading in content for shares and pushing them out to the individuals. But either from an email or when logged into the platform, a share can be done with just a few clicks.

There are endless ways to leverage this tool which makes it a very intuitive asset to the TEM strategy. For example, you are able to track all assets and IT inventory within the platform and their correlating contracts, contract expiration dates, and everything involving the invoice processing side of those IT inventories. Clearview also tracks regularly processed invoices like utilities and the correlating services offering the payment of these invoices at no additional charge with frees up internal staff to focus on more rewarding/less mundane tasks. Having one central location to track IT assets, process invoices and route the approval for invoices to get paid streamlines internal workflows.

Likelihood to Recommend

Clearview is very customizable by the supporting staff for each client which creates a unique experience for each client. For example, the corporate automotive user will have a completely different structure and needs than a hospitality or healthcare user. Having the transparency into the telecom environments is important and I feel that using a software like Clearview helps to make sure inventory is as updated as possible. The cost allocation helps with billing in understanding corporate spending which is extremely helpful when it comes time for budget development and budget cuts. The alternative to Clearview would be Excel spreadsheets which are tedious and cumbersome.
