Overall Satisfaction with Clearview

We chose Clearview to track and report on various data related to telesales. This was needed as we moved towards more remote workers. They have great customer support and it's been easy to use so far. We got help during implementation to ensure we were able to collect the data and generate reports leadership wanted to see.

Relative pricing was better for what we needed so we went with Clearview. Sales was supportive while we were comparing different products as well. We had one colleague that used Clearview before so it tipped it over the edge in their favour.

If you have a power user at the company that would be ideal so they can be the expert to help create reports and get the most value out of the system. A bit manual to generate and share the reports out but not hard to pick up.
