Was tasked with setting up a telesales operation - used Clearview for reporting on calling outgoings and various revenue-based comparisons, tracking all data and revenue associated with the telesales operation allowing for accurate P&L analysis.

For a scaling SMB, this system is great, if you can be prepared to use it aside from other systems as it builds up its network of API integrations. It's easy to implement, use, manage users & get clear and accurate live reporting from all of the sources from mobiles to servers to data storage.
