We use Webexpenses to collect and process credit card expenses for around 30 employees.
Webexpenses seems to be pretty user friendly and simple to use. It is early days, but we have not had any complaints yet.
Easy to use and straight forwards. Sometimes the mapping tool can be restrictive and automatically chooses the lowest mileage route which doesn't take into account alternative route selected due to traffic etc and alterations to the route using web expenses can be tricky.
Doing expenses from the app on my work phone makes submitting expenses really easy and less of a heavy admin task.
It is used to collate expenses from individuals within our company.
It is really well suited for timely and efficient claims to be made and thus reimbursed. Provides a history of claims over a period of time which is very useful as a reference tool. The mobile app allows the function of uploading receipts so they can be attached to claim in such a simple way and easily assigned to each claim item.
Webexpenses is being used by all employees to process expenses. It is a really easy & convenient way for employees to expense various items! Much much easier than the other expense systems that I've used in previous businesses.
I use Webexpenses on a monthly basis for any claim related to IT equipment of travel. I honestly cannot think of a scenario where Webexpenses wouldn't be useful for facilitating & processing employee expense claims!

Webexpenses is great for when you are out of the office and need to approve your team's expenses. The app can easily be used and the breakdown of the claims is understandable. When calculating the business miles you have used it is calculated for you, making it clear what you have claimed.
We use Webexpenses across the firm and it has hugely updated our previous Excel form for completing expenses and submitting them to the Finance team for payment. This automation makes things much simpler for the average user and keeps things together and organized in one place. Very happy to recommend it.
We currently use it for processing and paying online purchases as well as general expenses (very handy when you have teams on installers out on the road!). From fitters and drivers on the road up to the MD use the service. It makes tracking and processing purchases and expenses quick and easy rather than trying to get receipts off guys on the road. They now process it all themselves.
VERY useful for keeping track of card payments/expenses used by our drivers and installers on the road rather than trying to get receipts back [from] them that they have either lost or screwed up in their van!
Webexpenses makes claiming for expenses so much easier than previously. I can now track each of my expenses individually. I can see when it has been submitted. I can see when it has been approved. I can see who has approved my expenses. I know who to contact if there are any questions. I can see when my expenses have been paid and which expenses have been paid.
So far I have not found any problems.
It is mainly used for reimbursement of expenses when you are required to pay for something and the company returns the money to you.
This is good when you need to centralize many expenses of employee tax and also keep track of the invoices they attach.

The downloadable app is especially useful when out on the road so you take pictures of your [receipts.]
