Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses across the business with our company credit cards, it is used to monitor and simplify the process of business expenses, it is user-friendly and an integral part of our unique business. The downloadable app is especially useful when out on the road so you take pictures of your [receipts.]

  • Take pictures of receipts.
  • Pulls info from credit card.
  • When adding mileage, the maps do not always save correctly.
Overall this is a great and useful tool for the busy working person, nothing is perfect in this world and sure things can always be improved but for me. This is a great tool to use on a day-to-day basis for the role that I am in, many thanks.
Yes, I use this on a monthly basis to upload my documents and receipts that are then sent for approval via my line manager. He can give [a] direct response via the app of website for any mistakes that have been made so that I am able to rectify [them] before final submission.
This does everything I need it to do.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, Cisco 1000 Series Aggregation Services Routers (ASR 1000)
  • Sales reps out on the road as this can be used via the app to take pictures and quickly arrange all receipts for hotels lunches and customer/colleague entertaining.
  • Not especially great for online use as you have to download receipts print them off and then take of picture of them to upload.
