Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used by all employees to process expenses. It is a really easy & convenient way for employees to expense various items! Much much easier than the other expense systems that I've used in previous businesses.
  • Easy to upload receipts.
  • FAST!
  • Guides you through how to complete an expense claim.
  • The layout could be a little clearer.
  • It's made processing expenses super fast which saves 3+ hours a month.
Overall, it's brilliant but could be a little clearer for first-time users. However, after the first expense claim is submitted, it does get easier and is actually very straightforward.
I haven't required any support as it's so easy, however can only assume the support is great given my very positive experience so far.
Webexpenses has helped me save lots of time when putting through expenses. The easy layout and ease of uploading receipts make it very straightforward.
Webexpenses has met all my requirements for expenses. I cannot comment on how it works with the wider business workflows as I'm not close to this area.

I use Webexpenses on a monthly basis for any claim related to IT equipment of travel. I honestly cannot think of a scenario where Webexpenses wouldn't be useful for facilitating & processing employee expense claims!
