Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Easy to use and straight forwards. Sometimes the mapping tool can be restrictive and automatically chooses the lowest mileage route which doesn't take into account alternative route selected due to traffic etc and alterations to the route using web expenses can be tricky.
  • Photographing receipts.
  • Linking receipts to expense items.
  • Submitting expenses.
  • Over writing the route map.
  • Not automatically presuming the route taken was the shortest route.
  • The interface looks a little dated.
  • Takes staff less time to submit expenses.
  • Groups expense types automatically.
  • Keeps a running total of mileage.
It's simple to use on the app, which is my preferred platform.
We've rolled it out to all staff for the benefits as above.
Policy compliance, including use of private vehicles, has been useful.

Doing expenses from the app on my work phone makes submitting expenses really easy and less of a heavy admin task.
