Too many unclear options, but otherwise quick and efficient

Across the whole organization, used for claiming expenses by staff.
Pros
- Automated emails confirming when the payment has been approved.
Cons
- Overly complicated options for entering all the data, product/cost center/service charge, etc - not very user-friendly.
- Processed payments can take a long time to actually be paid into account - still waiting for one from over a month ago.
- Might be better to be streamlined and have fewer subheadings for cost center/product as it is unclear which is the correct one and there are far too many options.
Likelihood to Recommend
Good for big or regular expenses claims, not so good for small amounts as a lot of hassle for just a few pounds.
