Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Used across the business for all expense claims, with a widely distributed workforce away from the office a lot of the time it allows us to easily and remotely complete the expenses process. The mobile app is widely used for the uploading of receipts keeping the paper transfer to a minimum.
Pros
- Receipt upload and assignment.
- Simple but limited scope for the expense reason.
- Both mobile and web based.
- Easily switched between profiles on the app
Cons
- Seems to give us what we want at the moment.
- Online switching between accounts would be helpful
- Positive impact on the time taken/required to complete the monthly expenses grind.
