Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across the organisation. It has replaced our cumbersome expenses forms, which needed to be filled and sent to Finance for processing. The portal has improved the process and made it more convenient overall, with all important information like budget codes and approvers in one place.
  • Claiming expenses.
  • Integration with company processes.
  • Ease of use.
  • Budget code search is slow.
  • Approver search is slow.
  • Expense detail is lost when all required fields are not filled in.
Easy to use and innovative most of the time. Some things could be improved, like the ability to save each claim line without the required fields. The UI could be refreshed too as finding budget codes is cumbersome if your company has many of them.
Submitting expense claims has been really easy with Webexpenses and a huge improvement on the previous 'paper' processes that our organisation has used.
I didn't purchase the system but there was no similar product in use in our organisation before - we used 'paper' process for claiming expenses and Webexpenses has been a huge improvement.
