Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

As far as I know, it is used across the whole organisation to manage expense claims. I would imagine our finance team make most use of it - to process claims etc. I am only an end user - I submit expense claims using the system, either from the web browser or on my phone app.
  • Reads information from receipt photos.
  • Allows you to choose from a range of members of staff for sign-off.
  • Keeps a record of your previous expense claims.
  • User interface can be confusing.
  • Tricky to know how to delete a draft expense claim.
  • Not intuitive.
It is not very intuitive - as I don't use it on a very regular basis, I tend to forget how to use it between uses. Creating an expense and then attaching receipts, submitting etc., isn't a very fluid process.

It is the system our company uses, so it would in a way be pointless to recommend or not recommend it to a colleague - it's the only choice!
