Wokay
What is Wokay?
Wokay is a chat-native business workspace built for Indian small and medium-sized businesses. It combines team chat with task and project management into a single platform.
Built for work, not adapted from personal chat
Wokay is designed specifically for work communication, both internal and external. Messages can be scheduled, saved for later with reminders, and turned directly into tasks without leaving the conversation. The platform's most-loved feature, Ripple, nudges teams on pending work without being intrusive. AI is built into the core product, chats can be summarized to help users catch up on missed context.
Task management and visibility
Tasks can be created, assigned, and tracked from both web and mobile, with live dashboards and reports on any criteria a team needs visibility into. Access is controlled at the project and workspace level, and the interface stays deliberately focused rather than adding features for the sake of it.
Wokay is built around the workflows and team sizes common among Indian SMBs, rather than being an enterprise tool scaled down for smaller teams. You can streamline your communication and task management in one tool rather than 2,3 tools with context scattered.
A ticketing/help desk and intranet for company-wide collaboration modules are currently in development. Priced flat per workspace instead of per seat.
