I LOVE Workhuman! I use it for many reasons but my absolute favorite is sending Bravo awards. I think recognition is critical for team, business, organizational morale. And I am a master at sending them. I send them for anything and it is always so appreciated. I feel that I can make someone's day that way while also sending them something super cool and valuable! Our organization uses Workhuman to recognize colleagues with Inspire Awards. It is a great tool for recognizing employees' exceptional work and making it accessible to their peers. Workhuman notifies us about our colleagues' Service Anniversaries. Workhuman is used to redeem the Inspire awards. There is a wide range of products to redeem on the site.

Workhuman is like an official social media platform for organizations to recognize employees, publish employees' service anniversaries, and for co-workers to congratulate others. I use it very frequently to recognize/reward the exceptional work done by my peers.

We are using Workhuman for individual or Team contribution recognitions , Anniversary awards and giving some reward points along with the rewards shopping for desired gift cards or products. It has great features in recognizing the collogues and peers with constructive feedback posting for them. also awards can be shared privately or publicly as per our wish.

On the ecommerce gift cards it should add more based on the country specific

We use Workhuman to send and claim monetary value for awards received for outstanding work. It is a platform that also offers products and services to be redeemed. The problem is the limited availability of redeeming monetary value other than prepaid cards with money to use the money on other services or platforms. In addition, the current platform and its support are terrible in terms of customer service.

Ways and offers to redeem credit on platform is limited and I would like to have more ways.

We recognize our colleagues in alignment of our companies enterprise priorities hence this activity as well showcase their hard work towards our companies' values.

It is very well suited towards faster recognition on achievements. The teams can share their achievements & appreciate each other sitting at distant places. It is a very helpful tool when all the team members are sitting at different locations & working towards a common goal. It also helps in enhancing the collaboration between the teams.

Per se, the team is working on a Project which involves cross-functional involvement, post-achievement, employees or the project manager recognize all colleagues & it enhances the bond among colleagues.
