Overall Satisfaction with Workhuman

We are using Workhuman for individual or Team contribution recognitions , Anniversary awards and giving some reward points along with the rewards shopping for desired gift cards or products. It has great features in recognizing the collogues and peers with constructive feedback posting for them. also awards can be shared privately or publicly as per our wish.

Pros

  • Recognizing the colleagues who done the job above and beyond for the project.
  • To celebrate team work with the different kind of Awards
  • Redemption of Awards with the Gift card or Products

Cons

  • Need to have tied up with additional E commerce gift cards
  • Recognizing templates should have more suggestable texts
  • Awards Feed showing as in simple lines, it is not highlighted properly
  • It has shown very well progress in employee to employee engagement
  • Recognition's has motivated the employees to deliver the more things
  • Proper track of feedback and awards for Performance reviews and feedback discussions during the appraisal's.
Application is Easy to use and Navigate , multiple things in single page. Redemption of gift cards is real time and deliverable to desired email address, products purchase and delivery to desired address also works well. adding the constructive feedback, comments for each award or recognition is easy for every one in the team or organization.
We have not faced much issues, it has been always smooth with our employer engagement. and support team will respond to our queries promptly, so never faced any bad situation as of now. we can say it has shown positive impact on our business and motivating the employees in positive manner.
