Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Workhuman for Impact Awards & to map them to our companies Values. We also use it for congratulating the work anniversaries of our employees & motivate them to keep us the good Job they are doing for the organization. This tool helps in creating a bonding culture between the employees. It also helps in creating a Team spirit to achieve a common goal.

Usability

It is quite easy to use however sometimes due to sense of urgency one might forget to recognize. In my suggestion it should keep on giving some suggestions on such tasks. Also, it should provide a simple project management tool to employees, like a whiteboard, through which once the project is completed, appreciation can be generated easily.

Workhuman provides team leaders with the support, tools, and information needed to understand and mitigate problems before they develop. How has this impacted your business?

This feature has helped a lot to me as a Manager. This tool provides a sense of belonging once employees are recognized. They create a bond within the team. Employees can relate their work towards the company values. Also you can see companywide activities in this tool which is a nice feature.

Workhuman is well suited where employees have added the values & show significant higher levels of company values. It also ignites a sense of good work within the team by doing so. Per se, the team is working on a Project which involves cross-functional involvement, post-achievement, employees or the project manager recognize all colleagues & it enhances the bond among colleagues.
