The solution is an excellent choice for an appointment-based business like ours. I cannot speak to class-based businesses.
We have created a small spa with a place to eat where collaborators, workers, freelancers and also some clients can relax while waiting or in the case of workers after their day, opt for the benefit of relaxation in the SPA, it is a form of gamification to reward goals fulfilled of them actually. Zenoti has allowed, at a low cost, to organize schedules and departures, keeping a more formal record of the people who enter all this at a low cost.

The adaptability of memberships, they offered membership functions that rivaled those of much more expensive alternatives to booking software, i would say that customer service is satisfactory.
Extensive information about the support team, it is very good and I have 24/7 monitoring it is really great.
The system is solid, intuitive, you can see exactly who is the person who booked your stay, we believe that the alerts also help a lot.
Cons
It is something specific but I would like there to be something that would warn when a collaborator had a punishment and is not accredited to enter due to bad behavior etc, something that would warn me that access is not allowed because this has happened and it has not been possible to prevent .

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company.
