Our Organization uses these Google Drive to store,share, and managing the files and documents securly.It allows to teams to share the data and access the data between them. The main one is Google vesioning is help for stores the version history for secure storing. we used these Google Drive for project documentations, presenatations and team collaboration and accessings

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Google Drive a lot to share files across the entire company — with colleagues, for sharing information, presentations, and everything else.

Pros

  • I think the best feature is the sharing — we can easily share all files with our colleagues and different groups, which works really well.

Cons

  • Maybe it could work better on mobile — it’s not very user-friendly in my opinion. They could definitely improve the mobile UX.

  • It's positive because you can save money and save time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We save all the documents needed to share with the team, record all the meetings, which goes into the Google Drive where it's shared with the teams. So every meeting we do whatever we recorded. It goes to the Google Drive, so it's our storage device, go to storage device where shareable to anyone in the company or team.

Pros

  • I like the way it reorders for me and I'm able to read through it soon.
  • Easy access between different other devices, either my phone or another laptop or whatever. So the ease of use with all the devices, that's the most, that way I can no need to worry about having a document in one machine. I keep thinking it so that it's available another one right away so that no need to worry about missing of the document.

Cons

  • I like the way it is simple. If they come up with a new UI, it's more complicated, but I love whatever it is right now so I don't have any complaints about that. But sometimes thinking between different, if they can give us a tool to find out, duplicate and present, I'm happy to have that kind of feature because I never use that feature there. So probably it's not so download data, I use it personally, my data

Whatever we write, whatever presentation it is, or it is a slide deck or slide deck and the PPTs, everything will be shaped over there. So if we have to share anything, we share it through Google Drive. So it's like sharing anything across with anyone through Google Drive. So we cannot share it just like a document. We have to keep it in the Google Drive and then share it across

  • I think it makes our life easy in sharing things, and it's easy to save the data, like it's at one place and then anyone and everyone can use it so that way it becomes easier for us.

Cons

  • When I started using Google Drive, maybe five years back, the most difficult challenge or the problem faced was it's really difficult to search for the item that is there. So it was not easy for us. Now we are used to, so we understand how to do it, but searching for the items in the Google Drive was a challenge.

Return on Investment

  • I don't think there is any negative impact that he has had because of this product. It has been positive. Only because positive, I would say it becomes easy to share any document with the customer also for us, or the customer wants to share any data with us, it becomes easy through this.

We use Drive for storing all of our documents, creating spreadsheets and decks, and collaborating on all documents, sheets, etc. We sometimes share Drive folders with clients to collaborate externally as well. I also use Drive for my personal and educational documents/materials and storage. I use Google Drive daily.
