Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho One, which is the entire suite of Zoho modules that seamlessly integrate. There is a desktop and mobile app that syncs, so you can have your calendar with you anywhere. A meeting or event can be added either in the Calendar app or via CRM, and it will appear in your calendar or be linked to a Lead or Contact in your CRM. Being able to have a fully synced calendar all the time is paramount.

Pros

Integrates with Zoho CRM
Integrates with Zoho Mail
Standalone Mobile app makes it convenient

Cons

Occasionally, recurring events won't appear
Zoho has always been responsive but the above issue still happens
New features are always being rolled out but mostly without prior notice

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great for teams or if someone manages your calendar for you either in office or remotely. You can set parameters so if you attempt to add an event you'll receive notice of a conflict that you can override or it's a great reminder you may have entered an incorrect date or time. You can allow meeting invites to be automatically added or need to be approved. There are lots of color coding options to suit your needs.

A preferred application to schedule, manage and organize meetings. Zoho Calendar is easy-to-use and has lots of useful features, such as editing meeting times or dates and updating participants with new details, as we use Zoho apps for free like ZoHo Mail. Also, the thing I love is that I can install an app on both iOS and Android devices.

Pros

Free and user friendly
Supports multiple OS
Hassle free and scheduling meeting is a cake walk.

Cons

UI could have been better.
Overall a good tool compared to its competitors.
Lags a bit at times.

Zoho Calendar is appropriate for every scenario because it reminds you of your upcoming meetings. I am using the product to manage my team meetings in my current project and also in the past projects as well. It integrates well with other applications well and cross functional tool to manage your schedule.

We can use Zoho Calendar to keep the track of meetings, birthdays, appointments, etc. We can easily set the time by everyone’s convenience, and we can check the work status of our colleagues. The most important thing I love about Zoho Calendar is its user-friendliness. As I can share the calendar with my whole time and every member can access it accordingly. It solves our problems as it makes easy to schedule meetings and to modify the date and time of events, and it sends invitations to all members without issues, and especially it has advanced search function, we can manage all the meetings very easily. It's very helpful for office use to manage all business related activities

It is good for office use for keeping track of meetings and various important events. It is very nice to share a calendar with the whole team and the whole team has access to it, everyone can modify and update events. Furthermore, it is less appropriate when you use it on mobile, and it also cannot record the meetings.

We have to schedule many meetings with various faculties and different students on regular basis, so the Zoho calendar works great for us. It allows easy scheduling of our meetings, and it can be used as a collaboration tool. It also allows us to save our personal reminders, like Friend's Birthday, Anniversaries, etc. along with the professional schedules

Zoho Calender can be used for scheduling or managing any type of virtual meetings. It also have a Free tier version, which allows free usage of the tool, which can be very helpful for many of the low budget startups. It can be also used for getting remiders or sending invitation to the end users.

Zoho Calendar is a very important platform post covid in our day-to-day work schedule. Pre covid we never used calendars so frequently, however, post covid this has become a very important tool. This helps you in organizing your day and it keeps you updated on every meeting. previously we use to depend a lot on making notes and this has completely replaced and no need to keep any reminders.

Pros

Helps you to create meeting requests online and auto POP up before the scheduled call or meeting.
Sharinging calendar with the team.
Bring all calendars to one platform.
Modify the time and alter it whenever needed.

Cons

I think the mobile version lags and can be improved compared to the desktop version.
What about using different colors for different meetings in a day.

Team Collaboration, Calendar Management, Integration with other tools, Easy use and easy-to-use interface. You can use Zoho Calendar to create group calendars that are accessible to your colleagues or you can even share an existing calendar with the users of your choice. You can collaborate all calendars and meetings on one single platform. I dint find this less appropriate at any given time. It's always a value-added tool.

Zoho Calendar is very handy tool in terms of creating onboarding call schedules for the client and the clients get appointment schedule on time it is very user friendly, it can send invites without any issues and the synchronization with Google Calendar is awesome, at one glance we can see a unified view of the schedules at the team level.

Publishing calendar view on website for public view.

Cons

Syncing sometimes is very slow
Integration should be open via api

Zoho Calendar is good to conduct client onboarding calls and online events. It is very convenient to schedule calls with clients and having virtual conversation makes it more interactive as the clients also feel enabled to go through the demo we present via the call. Collecting information from the attendees is also very easy.

I have been using Zoho Calendar to schedule and track my meetings. It is an online calendar so it can easily be shared among teams. It can be used to schedule meetings, set reminders and even for tracking holidays.

Pros

It is an excellent platform for tracking meetings.
It can be used to share the planned activities between groups or teams.
It is a great tool for setting reminders.

Cons

Live support feature can be included in case of any assistance

It is an excellent tool for scheduling/tracking meetings. It can easily send/receive invitations of events. It seamlessly integrates with other tools like Zoho CRM, Google calendar, and many more. If you are someone who needs reminders again and again for any events, or deadlines then Zoho Calendar can work magical for you.

We wanted to check out a dedicated calendar system that might allow us to make more modifications and enables more freedom and integration rather than just depending on the calendar of what email system is being used e.g. Google or Microsoft and after watching the introduction video of Zoho Calendar, wanted to give it a try.

Pros

I can see that Zoho Calendar allows for multiple tab use which seemed to be a rare and useful function to have.
I like how the search function is advanced and you can put specific info to find what you require.
I like the visual freedom the app gives in terms of the day, month, and workdays, 2-month views, and selecting colours as well, etc.

Cons

I think Zoho Calendar can improve in the area of making more calendars to subscribe to available, for example for some reason there's no Turkey Holidays calendar available which is upsetting.
More freedom in terms of selecting a specific time for work start and end would be good - e.g. I start at 9:30, not 9:00 but there's no option to put that.
I found the integration with other apps not so hard but not a breeze either so this could be improved - it took a while for my data from another calendar to come.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Zoho Calendar would be good for a person or a team who uses different tools and booking software to have a lot of meetings, just wanting to put them all in one place in front of their eyes and see easily to manage better. And maybe Zoho Calendar is not the best of the options out there for users who focus on simplicity.

Zoho Calendar is used by a new division of our company that just switched over to Zoho Mail. Like other apps, Calendar allows us to share a shared calendar and collaborate. We usually use Zoho Calendar, which is connected with their email platform, when we need to organize recurrent events or meetings with our suppliers.

Pros

Coordinating schedules with coworkers.
Installs on both iOS and Android devices.
It's simple to organize a meeting or event.

Cons

Buttons that are too small should be made bigger.
From my perspective, the UI may use some improvement.

The Zoho mail and calendar app is an excellent choice for anybody establishing a new business and looking for an enterprise-grade solution. When using other email systems like Google, it's better to utilize Google's calendar service instead. In general, if you're starting from scratch, this is a fantastic choice.
