Zoho Calendar is great for all Zoho users of other modules
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Calendar
We use Zoho One, which is the entire suite of Zoho modules that seamlessly integrate. There is a desktop and mobile app that syncs, so you can have your calendar with you anywhere. A meeting or event can be added either in the Calendar app or via CRM, and it will appear in your calendar or be linked to a Lead or Contact in your CRM. Being able to have a fully synced calendar all the time is paramount.
Pros
- Integrates with Zoho CRM
- Integrates with Zoho Mail
- Standalone Mobile app makes it convenient
Cons
- Occasionally, recurring events won't appear
- Zoho has always been responsive but the above issue still happens
- New features are always being rolled out but mostly without prior notice
- Like most calendars, it's great to see your day in advance
- You can change the view from standard day, week, month
- There is also a plan agenda view which is helpful
Since we use the full suite of Zoho modules, I'm not really sure how to answer this one, but we do occasionally use Zoho Bookings, which is like Calendarly but integrates with our Zoho Calendar when sending booking/appointment links to clients or vendors. For us, we always want to avoid duplicate entries.

Using Zoho Calendar
1 - I'm the sole user of Zoho Calendar, so I'm the one who maintains and depends on it for my schedule. I can accept an email calendar invite, which will add it to my calendar, but I rarely do that as I find most calendar invites lacking in the necessary details to make it helpful.
1 - Since it's just me, if you read my previous response, that answers this question.
- Keeping track of meetings and events
- Blocking out my work schedule
- Enabling me to send a Zoho Bookings link without concern of a conflict
- Visually seeing if my schedule is realistic or needs modification
- Having it sync with the mobile app is critical
- Being able to schedule an event or meeting outside of my office
- Sharing my calendar with my wife so she sees how hard I work
- If I had a virtual assistant they could maintain my calendar
- My wife can see my calendar and know if I'm in a meeting before she calls
- I review my calendar weekly to make sure I didn't miss anything
- While reviewing my calendar, I'll recall client comments and add to their profile
Evaluating Zoho Calendar and Competitors
Yes - We've been Zoho users for about 10 years so the last time I used something else it was software called Daylight. It worked great but it wasn't cloud based which is the reason we switched to Zoho. At the time, we reviewed no less than 5 different software packages but most were single solution software and didn't have the full featured integration that is offered in Zoho.
- Cloud Solutions
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
For a while when we were using Daylight as our CRM, we also were using AccountEdge which changed to MYOB and not sure if it is still around. Both accounting software was QuickBooks like. We had to enter client/vendor data in Daylight and then re-enter it into our accounting software increasing the chance for human error and if there were any changes, that required duplication of entry once again. When we switched to the various Zoho modules, that was completely elminiated greatly optimizing our operation.
I cannot think of anything we'd change other than the fact that there are more options available now than then. But I have not seen any other single sign-on software that is as fully integrated and covers virtually every aspect of business operations under Zoho One. It doesn't make sense to have multiple software with connectors or on Zaps to integrate.
Zoho Calendar Support

I didn't purchase premium support because I feel my needs are basic, and I'm not trying to do anything unusual with my calendar, so it shouldn't be necessary. Also, I didn't know that premium support was an offer that Zoho Calendar has. I'm also the type of person who never purchases an extended warranty.
Yes - As I've mentioned several times in my answer/review to previous queries, I've had an ongoing yet intermittent issue with recurring meetings not always appearing on my Zoho Calendar. I've reported this issue, and it's been corrected many times. Unfortunately, the issue has appeared again, and Zoho support is working on it. However, not having a meeting appear in your calendar when you're dependent on it is not good, to say the least.
They are always very willing to address the issue. They acknowledge they are working on it and have even gone so far as to do a remote session with me to see if they can figure out why I'm having this issue. So, I do appreciate that level of support, yet I wish the actual issue would be finally resolved.
