We used Zoom Workplace primarily for Zoom Phone across our office. It served as our business phone system, allowing our team to manage inbound and outbound calls, route calls between staff, and maintain a centralized communication system for clients and residents.

The main business need it addressed was having a reliable, cloud-based phone solution that supported multiple users, call handling, and day-to-day communication with customers.

Our use case was focused on internal office operations and client communication rather than meetings or video conferencing.

We signed a contract largely because of the in-depth support from our account rep, [...]. Zoom Workplace reassigned him without our input and refused to let us continue working with him when we asked. The experience went downhill from there. When we decided to leave, obtaining port-out information required multiple requests over several weeks, causing delays that affected our business. We've been told they won’t work with us on cancellation and are only offering a small discount on a service we no longer use.We’ve made repeated attempts to resolve this directly, but responses have been inconsistent and require multiple follow-ups just to get any traction.

Additional features that are very helpful to our business include screen sharing and AI generated summaries.

Zoom Workplace is the best platform for webinars, as it can accommodate more than 100 people at once. I have been using this application for a very long time, and its interface is very user-friendly and easy to understand. Its features are best for audio clarity and video quality.

The Features are great and well organized so i don't find anything issue with this tool.
At times, the application lags a bit, it's slow, and because of this, interaction and screen sharing become a bit hard.
More customization options for meeting would be a better improvement.

Zoom workplace is really a very good tool after google workspace I have been using zoom since Covid and the features are very easy to understand as well as to use, the zoom meet is tool which I absolutely love the background design are chef's kiss the sound clarity the surroundings noise cancellation are really awesome, to sum it all I really love this tool easy to use.

I don't think there is any malfunction in their solution; it's extremely convenient to use, be it creating a meeting invite, adding people, sending any extra stuff to them. It's quick, and this is the only tool that works seamlessly even on Androids.

The features of Zoom workplace is great but one thing they can work on if their costing I feel that's where people opt for other available tool in the market because those are cost effective where as zoom workplace fall on little higher range but even the features they have is really good like after a meeting is done their AI generates an automatic summary of what happened on call which becomes very handy to send MOM to the client.

I have been using Zoom Workplace regularly to connect with teams across the globe. It has resolved the problem of effective team communication. The features like screen sharing, co-working and conducting workshops have become easier than earlier. It has helped us in decreasing our time to market as decisions don’t wait for physical meetings and saved a lot of travel cost for the company.

The whiteboard can be improved to reduce the lag and increase responsiveness
Bandwidth issues should be solved to reduce lag and abrupt disconnection of calls
The features like hand-raise and other reactions can be places directly on the main tab rather than going inside reactions and then click on hand raise

Zoom is used for calls and rooms in our office. It solves for live video interactions and room booking. We need a tool like this, as we have almost 100 meeting rooms that need to be managed and booked. We also employ people all over the world, so it is essential to keep in contact.

Call quality is generally good with few issues, so everyday calls where Zoom is at its best are always good. In larger meetings with many action points, the AI summary can do a very good job of capturing the most important points. I find the room booking tool to be a nightmare and very inconsistent. Rooms take some time to book and are often rejected for no clear reason.
