I use Zoom Workplace for clients where the clients use Zoom Workplace, or for situations where I may need to take control of client machines during calls.
In all cases it is primarily for a video meeting calls. The integrations and Zoom Workplace apps are used for extending the functionality.
I also use Zoom Workplace to attend and host webinars.

Pros
- large range of options for video meetings
- ability to restrict some of those options
- remote control of machines
Cons
- not trying to force paid use whilst using free
- not forcing AI options
- Zoom Workplace helps work with clients that focus on Zoom
In my opinion, it's really irritating. It's in your face even if you don't want to use it.
I dropped to free based on not needing the paid features.
I returned once I needed longer meetings and remote control features.

Zoom Workplace has more features but the fact I need a paid plan for recording and or 1 hour meetings vs Meet being included in my Zoom Workplace plan
