For the last 1 year, we have been using Zoominfo which will help us a lot with additional chat features. It is very easy to use and developed to accelerate the sales pipeline. This feature gives us a boost to improve overall communication and collaboration with website visitors and customers. Also, helps us to schedule meetings and calendar management.

In the initial phase, we didn't communicate with our website visitors and we suffer a lot to resolve our products related confusion. ZoomInfo is a great collaboration tool in the sales department. It's great for determining prospected clients as it provides information from all angles. It provides information such as organization, provides information on what type of hardware and software they currently utilize, etc. We have integrated this tool with our CRM which helps us to collect detailed information about the accounts and prospects, identify the high-value accounts and optimize the sales cycle.

It's one of the best business-to-business conversational marketing platforms in the market in my opinion. It allows connecting the company's Slack account to its platform so that direct connection requests can be sent out from the slack channels. It is a very good tool to handle sales and vendor management.

It's a great tool for business conversations. Sales and Vendor Management are the most benefited process from ZoomInfo. Its ability to directly connect to Slack accounts and integration to other sales platforms make it easy to use and a great overall, versatile tool. I like that chat persists when prospects surf the site as it uses internal account mappings to correctly route the conversations.

We are using ZoomInfo chat on our website for user engagement when they come on our website. It's very interesting to have it, earlier we used to keep special resources to answer these queries from our website. But ZoomInfo gives an automatic response to our customers and it's quite interesting that we are also able to maintain the quality leads data because of it. Earlier, we used to have this problem because there were a lot of human errors earlier during conversation and lead management.

ZoomInfo Chat is the official platform to talk to clients since the pandemic started. It has been really helpful for us since Zoom provides a bunch of tools where we can create a normal call or a seminar or even break out into different rooms in order to work in other things while we are in the call

We use ZoomInfo Chat has a collaboration tool for determining sales prospects. It provides a lot of great information from all angles. It provides information and titles of folks work in the organization, provides information on what type of hardware and software they currently utilize, etc. It also shows what particular interest of what they are looking at, for example, if they have looked at Cisco, frequency and when they last reviewed information on Cisco. A great tool.

Receiving alerts when someone has landed on your website is a great indicator of interest. However, not everyone may have a reason to purchase something, they may just be curious. So while the tool is advantageous, there are going to be times when someone truly may not have a business need, and then they may become irritated that someone is trying to chat with them. Overall I do like it though.

I used zoominfo when I was in Sales at the company. I’d use it everyday to import prospects I found on LinkedIn to salesforce. It gave me prospects phone numbers and emails and was more accurate than most of the tools that I’ve used in the past. I would highly recommend this if your in sales.

Zoom info chat is well-suited if you are working in sales and need to prospect and find prospects information quick and easy and import them to salesforce or two which ever CRM you are using. Isn’t as useful if you are working in something else like customer success. I found that I still use it every once in a while now that I am in customer service but I definitely don’t use it as much as I did when I was in sales.

We use ZoomInfo Chat to actively reach out to people in our ICP on our website on certain high-quality pages. We use it to increase conversion on these pages and have the internal sales team use the tools to book demos. The integration to slack has been the most useful and exciting part of the tool because it increases our speed to touch these people on our site and is more likely to speak with them when our organization is top of mind.

This tool is more than just a ChatBot. Personalizing messages based on customer journey and being able to integrate all the communication into CRM were some of the most effective features that it offers. It helped the sales team to find B2B clients, in other words, warm or even hot leads.

In the space of personalized chatbots, there is no competition to ZoomInfo chats. It's a really helpful tool for the sales team, especially if you work for a startup or a small company.

We have tried a few different chat options previously but Zoominfo chat is what we settled on. It was really simple to set up and integrated well with other tools (like Slack and Hubspot) that we use alongside it. I think this is a fantastic tool to have if you want to work on your Account-based Marketing strategy. We have identified prospects with it (which converted) that we would not have been able to otherwise. We use it to build up targeted chats based on properties we identified earlier and we route conversations to our Business Development team when we feel that it is maturing enough to pursue the lead. Overall it has been a fantastic addition to our sales funnel.
  • It is really great at integrations. We were able to plug in Slack without breaking a sweat. And it works really well with our other tools as well.
  • Implementation and setup was very easy and smooth. I actually anticipated it to be a lot bumpier but I was surprised at how quickly and smoothly it went.
  • They have a great support team too. Anytime we have gotten in touch with them, we have had a great experience.
  • Getting it to work on my mobile phone was a pain point. I just gave up after a while.
  • More integrations would be nice. Don't get me wrong, what it does, it does well. But the integration options are still limited.
If you are looking for a chat tool to significantly improve your sales funnel, then you really should at the very least give Zoominfo Chat a look. It has solid automation options and works great with other sales tools. However, based on your team size and your product market, the pricing might not work for everyone. Aside from that, I would absolutely recommend checking it out.

ZoomInfo Chat played a large part in increasing overall sales performance. Both our conversion percent and count of enrollment improved as a result of using this intuitive software. The value-adding from being able to see the history of interactions plays a huge part in this software's usefulness. It's great that it integrates with CRM!

This is truly the last chatbot you'll ever need, as described. The software is very robust and intuitive. Setup takes time, but they do almost all of it for you. Zoominfo is used to find contacts and company news within a niche department dealing with large budgetary decisions. It is extremely helpful in finding accurate data for our company Salesforce database. Past software that we have used does not get the job done like ZoomInfo. The integrations are very easy to navigate through Salesforce.

We use Zoominfo as a tool to prospect specifically to gain contact information. We come across the problem quiet often where we cannot find the correct email or a working phone number for the company so we lean to zoominfo to provide that for myself and our team. We also use it to look at organizational charts to see who is a decision makers.

Here at RingCentral we use ZoomInfo every day. It is an awesome application that allows us to find the correct individuals to talk to and also finding their contact information. Some other ways we use ZoomInfo is using it for prospecting. Being able to find leads and export them into our salesforce CRM is a massive plus.

We use Insent on our website and our marketing and sales teams primarily work with it. We use it to route inbound leads of site visitors to get more prospects converted to sales. Previously, we didn't have a way to answer questions of visitors and had a significant amount of people come to the site and leave without engaging.

  • Onboarding! They are a dream to get everything setup. I barely had to do anything.

It's well suited for any website looking to engage with traffic without forcing a form to fill. In 2021, if you don't have an instant way to engage with people on your site, you're leaving money on the table. This wouldn't work as well for a company that didn't use its website for lead generation. It wouldn't be as much value if you weren't driving site traffic as there wouldn't be enough volume to make it worth it.

Our sales cycle has improved, avoiding back and forth emails to just set up a demo and agreeing on a common time. Insent is saving a lot of time for us and the personalized page has definitely added more demos per month in our pipeline.
