The scope is national, every single office benefits from using this, and it cuts down on a lot of high volume fluff emails.

They work together, rather than against each other. The sales nonchat version allows us to dig deep on prospects for data, news, contacts, etc. While the chat allows us to get these and far more leads efficiently to push up the "data route". Having just one doesn't bring out the full potential of the suite of products. Having both is wonderful.
