Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Chat

ZoomInfo Chat helps us get leads, especially the good qualified ones down from upper brass and marketing and our GMs to our sales team, and sometimes even to our operations team for onboarding procedures for new customers. The scope is national, every single office benefits from using this, and it cuts down on a lot of high volume fluff emails.

Pros

  • Instant transfer of leads to sales team
  • Accelerates the entire sales cycle, without extra effort
  • More accurate leads, with better starting information

Cons

  • It could improve on total data provided when a lead is sent
  • Integrate intro messages, or give a confidence index on how often the lead is replying. They have this feature in other zoom products
  • Allow visitors to directly contact sales team or marketing.
  • increased the amount of new leads contacted by over 20%
  • Increased conversion rate to customer of new leads by 10%
  • Reduced the amount of time taken to share leads by 50%
This is the main feature, so they've designed it well with companies like mine in mind. It's fast, clean, efficient, and perfectly integrates with main Zoom sales products, which is something every single one of us uses. So the synergy was already on the table before we started. Highly easy to use, minimal training required.
They work together, rather than against each other. The sales nonchat version allows us to dig deep on prospects for data, news, contacts, etc. While the chat allows us to get these and far more leads efficiently to push up the "data route". Having just one doesn't bring out the full potential of the suite of products. Having both is wonderful.

This is extremely well suited when we purchase, discover, or import more leads. Often so much data is accrued, that we can only break it down into one mega list. This software helps us disseminate effective information in manageable portions, and easy-to-read formats to our sales team. Highly useful to encourage people on both sides.
