Positioned as an "AI Teammate" or virtual "Chief of Staff," ZoomMate goes beyond standard chatbots by proactively executing tasks across a company's entire digital ecosystem.

Agentic Search: A high-reasoning search engine that pulls data simultaneously from the web, Zoom (chats, transcripts, docs), and third-party enterprise tools like Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, and Workday. It provides cited, context-aware answers to complex queries like "What are the blockers for the Q3 launch?"
Orchestration & Execution: ZoomMate acts as an orchestration layer that identifies next steps from meeting discussions and triggers actions in other apps. It can automatically update CRM records, route support tickets, or schedule follow-up events without the user ever leaving the Zoom interface.
