Overall Satisfaction with 8am™ MyCase
Integrates with Dropbox and Outlook. Used for billing, calendaring cases info and keeping track of documents
Pros
- Ease of billing
- Keeps cases organized
- Makes remote work easy
Cons
- It would be nice to be able to bill for consults without converting the potential client to a client
- MyCase has significantly increased prices including price per user which has lowered the return on investment in my opinion. However, it is nice to have everyone on one system
