Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
My department performs all accounting and reporting functions for the organization which has over 75 grants. I am required to report budget to actual by grant, program and organization and MIP does it all for me. The software is user friendly but only used by the finance department.
- Easily reports by "Cost centers"
- Quick processes
- Easy to learn
- The process of printing out 1099's can be cumbersome and you have to be on the newest upgrade
- Higher efficiency
- Improved sharing of information
I moved to MIP because the Solomon software that we had was difficult to get reports from and required a separate program
