Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
It is only used by the finance department. It will allow us to generate the management report and financial statement every month by customizing to our needs. It is user friendly software for producing 1099s. Also, it is easy to merge vendors without losing the history of the vendor activities.
- Easy to use its accounts payable modules.
- It will recognize the double entries for the same invoice and gives you a warning if you enter the same invoice twice which is a great feature.
- Easy to reverse the posted session and correct the entry.
- Producing the report without manually customizing the report.
- MIP was very user-friendly compared with the previous software we had for accounting.
We never use this feature but I'd like to learn about it since we are managing different grants this year.
Capitol NonProfit Solutions, LLC - They are very helpful when we need help to customize the reports or get training on how to create the import file.
MIP is well suited for audit purposes because it has a great audit trail.
