Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
We use the MIP Fund Accounting software for all of our accounting needs. We use it to keep track of all of our grants, budgets, payroll, and AP. Because our grants cross years and all don't have the same ending dates, we can trace expenditures from the grants' beginning period to the end.

- I haven't found anything yet that I think needs improvement. We have only used the software for 2 years and in comparison to our old accounting system, this one is great.

Yes we have. Being able to run our reports to track expenditures on each of the grants we have has been wonderful. Not having to use spreadsheets has saved us lots of hours in labor. We currently manage more than 30 grants and tracking all expenditures used to be a major undertaking. Doing allocations was another problem we had with the old accounting program. Now we can set all of those up and since we base allocations on the labor distribution, it has streamlined our work.

It is a much better system and very easy to use. It does much more when tracking revenue, expenses and labor. It crosses years which is very beneficial to us. We can export every thing to an Excel spreadsheet for sorting purposes if we are comparing years. The price is very competitive. The online and personal support has been super. The management teams are friendly and have helped us work through anything we didn't understand. I love this program.
