Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting

We use MIP Fund Accounting for its many different modules. We use payroll and the web-interface for payroll timesheet processing. We use HR along with the many other general modules such as Accounts Payable, Budgeting, etc. MIP Fund Accounting helps us address requirements in keeping our funding sources separate, enabling us to report accurately back to the funding sources expenditures etc. With 400+ employees the web interface helps us to track employees' time and cost allocate them easily. Budgeting is a breeze with the budget module which allows us to split our budgets by month enabling us to more accurately plan for expenses in a time frame other than annual.

We have multiple funding sources where we track revenues and expenditures separately as well as keep separate balance sheets for each program. We are able to stay in compliance with each grant's requirements because of this ablility.
For this organization this software is all we have used.
MIP Fund Accounting is well suited for non-profit agencies that have multiple funding sources and need to track revenue and expenditures separately. It's also good for organizations with 100+ employees where time allocation is a must.
