We use HR along with the many other general modules such as Accounts Payable, Budgeting, etc. MIP Fund Accounting helps us address requirements in keeping our funding sources separate, enabling us to report accurately back to the funding sources expenditures etc. With 400+ employees the web interface helps us to track employees' time and cost allocate them easily. Budgeting is a breeze with the budget module which allows us to split our budgets by month enabling us to more accurately plan for expenses in a time frame other than annual.
