We use MIP Fund Accounting in our accounting/finance department, which is a staff of 3. They use it for accounts receivable and accounts payable. I run MIP in-house on a dedicated Microsoft SQL server.

MIP Fund Accounting has been a valuable tool for our accounting/finance department to provide information which helped us weather some challenging financial times as a non-profit organization.

We have used MIP Fund Accounting during my entire time at the organization, which is approaching 10 years. Before then, we were using spreadsheets.

MIP Fund Accounting is a robust and powerful application, suitable for organizations which have outgrown QuickBooks or Peachtree. It's useful for organizations or departments where multiple users need to be able to access it simultaneously. It works well remotely over Citrix.
