Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
We are training learners across the housing sector to become more inclusive of 2SLGBTQIA communities. We use Absorb to reach workers across the city, so we can be efficient in our training reach and ensure everyone has the same access to information. We will ultimately be training thousands of workers across the city to make shelter spaces more accessible for 2SLGBTQIA people.
- Easy to navigate the admin platform
- Reminders built in to ensure you activate your courses and avoid frustration
- Vast amount of options in Absorb Create, so you can make your courses exactly what you want them to be
- You don't have the option to make your buttons within an object skip to the next course (only the next page within the Create object), so people have to navigate using buttons on the bottom panel, which is not always intuitive
- If you un-enroll someone and re-enroll them, they start back where they left off, instead of wiping the slate clean
- I have not been able to figure out how to clean up the courses page (ie putting them into folders)
- We have not yet begun bringing learners onto the platform, but can see a huge potential for it in our circumstances

Absorb Create is a dream to work with. It is intuitive and has a huge range of possibilities to ensure that our courses look and feel exactly how we envisioned them! It allows for precision in colour choice, spacing and allows you to make the quizzes in each section fun and engaging.
