Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
We use Absorb LMS in multiple ways. Customer product training and certification both online and ILC courses. Internal Member upskill training, personal development, compliance, D E & I, etc. online, cohort & ILC courses. We also use the Reviewer Experience internally. We use the reporting capabilities for learner development and for compliance reasons.

- Easier way for learners to find the courses they are looking for.
- Navigational tips/videos on the learner side. AI Assist is coming and that should help.
- When rolling out new products, it would be helpful to have use case videos setup when doing a trial run.

Absorb Create is an easy tool for course creation. It is very intuitive. And with the AI enhancements, it is easier than ever to create content. It takes minutes vs. days to pull together the course information and design needed to create a comprehensive and easy to use course. We also use GO1 as a content provider and with over 80,000 courses, there is a course for every need.
