Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS for internal training & onboarding, improving professionalism & accessibility in our remote company.

Pros

  • It is a tool great for remote teams.
  • For the end-users it has an intuitive interface.

Cons

  • It needs to have Slack integration.
  • It needs to have better UX/UI on the reporting side.
  • Improved the consistency of our onboarding process.
  • Multi-language support have made training more accessible
  • Increased Compliance training
  • Content Creation (Absorb Create)
  • Content Libraries (Absorb Amplify or 3rd Party Libraries)
  • Reporting & Insights (Absorb Analyze or Absorb Amplify Direct)
It allowed me to give employees a more robust content catalog.
Support is available via different methods, the one I have found easier is to open tickets to an email dedicated to support, they are nice and friendly.

Well Suited for: Company-Wide Onboarding – We are able to standardize onboarding training and it has made the new hire experience more consistent Role-Specific Training – Since we use it for internal training on different topics based on job roles.

Less Appropriate for: companies with a less structured training program and someone that has a lot of time on their hands to make sure the implementation is correct.
