Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

For our organization we utilize Absorb LMS to deliver onboarding curriculum, learning and development courses on how to perform functions of a role, refresher trainings, as well as analytics and reporting on all of the courses. Absorb LMS is our one stop shop for all things learning and development within the organization.

Pros

  • Creating courses
  • Organized catalog
  • Easy to use Manager dashboard

Cons

  • Analytics dashboard and reporting could be easier to use, create and share.
  • Missing functionality on how to report out completion easily.
  • Would be helpful if managers could access analyze features.
Some of the features are easy to use and others involve way too many clicks or steps. just to get to where we need.
Our Absorb LMS representative is super helpful, [...] is always there for support. She responds quickly and efficiently, works to solve our problems, and helps us connect with other teams when needed if she can't solve it and she consistently shares exciting updates and features for the platform.

Would you buy Absorb LMS again?

Yes

The Absorb LMS is well suited for housing content, an efficient catalog, and easy to assign courses. The content is easy to use for learners, love the impersonate feature to see what learners see and the basic manager dashboard views. I find the analyze feature hard to use, its tricky to efficiently and quickly pull completion reports and data. It's also hard to easily send a nudge email or understand the differences when rolling enrollments.
