Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS for our LMS platform for all of the certification courses that we offer. It helps us stay organised with the hundreds of people that we certify a year and all of our different trainers. It offers a great blended learning experience and also a smooth one for our participants.

Pros

  • Smooth and easy process for participants
  • Great Admin
  • Wonderful options for the curriculum
  • Great support from the company

Cons

  • Some of the processes can be a lot of clicking
  • Reporting is good but could be improved
  • Definitely a better and professional experience for our participants

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this platform. The platform allows us to run multiple different ways of learning to best help our participants. The support from the Absorb LMS team is just amazing! Our platform wouldn't be as good as it is now without their help

They seriously are the best and have the best customer support. They are always an email away and really good about helping with any issues. I love working with them and enjoy the platform so much.
