Highly Recommend for Small Businesses
Overall Satisfaction with Accurate Background
We use Accurate to run a MVR and country-wide background check for all of our incoming employees. We are required to run background checks through our state's Department of Public Safety, but we still run an Accurate check because we have found many instances where Accurate's results revealed things the state's report did not. We have been using Accurate for over 7 years and have had zero issues.
Pros
- The user experience when submitting the background check is easy, straight-forward and well thought out
- The results are always reliably fast. If there is a hold up (for small towns the clerk usually has to submit information manually) they provide us a reason for the extended wait time which is appreciated
- The pricing is very reasonable
Cons
- Would be nice if we could change the subject of the email sent to applicants. We do not drug test as a condition of employment, but the email says "Background/Drug Test Authorization"
- The reports from Accurate are frequently more thorough than the other checks we run
- Results are returned quickly
- User experience is simple and hassle free
- We have full confidence in the caregiver(s) we send to our clients' homes
- The pricing structure makes it possible for our small business to use this as a supplemental service to double-check state issued reports that are not as reliable
- User experience is great - Our incoming employees are never frustrated or confused when completing the authorization as part of their onboarding
- IntelliCorp and Hireology
More reliable and significantly better user experience compared to other products. Pricing structure also made it more affordable than competitors.
