Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica as our ERRP and customer service portal. There are some good things about how the notifications work and parent records that are an issue for Example for ticketing I can't have a Parent and only let some people have access to their specific child. For example, it is a global business that is set up into regions and those regions have areas that are managed individually. I cant only give access to a region or an area easily and give certain people global access.

- project manager's ability to adjust billable hours
- Parent, Child, and Grandchildren records for access
- Ability to Auto Populate information when doing expenses if the whole expense claim is the same Project don't make me enter it every time
- Reporting out of the box could be improved

we use it for our customer portal to support IT issues with customers.
It is way easier to USE than SAP and gives you much more information in without having to dig around to find details behind the summary that you recieve.
