Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for distribution of a wide array of products. Our old system lacked the ability to provide proper data to determine inventory levels or sales data to see specific information. We have developed new resources with Acumatica to see proper data, pay salespersons efficiently and move towards faster automation processes to make personnel jobs easier and quicker.

Pros

  • Efficiency of automations
  • Utilizing purchasing replenishments to alleviate time spent ordering materials
  • Visibility of backordered allocations upon purchase receipts

Cons

  • Freight for landed costs as well as freight for customers
  • Administrator usage to put in proper data for customers
  • There are many features that arent at the forefront and get missed. Takes some digging to find some times.

  • Viable data and the visibility of the data

Our customers have noticed quicker invoicing as well as faster shipments. The ability to send statements easier has been a great solution as well.
We needed data. Lots of it in order to make better decisions within our company for multiple divisions. Acumatica gave us all of those features.
