Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

we use Acumatica for purchasing, managing inventory and selling. it has made the flow so easy from start to finish.

Pros

  • generic inquiries
  • dashboards to view data all at once
  • provides many help documents right on the pages

Cons

  • being able to use GI's within GI's
  • purchasing has been made difficult
  • tracking full cost of items

it has given us n easier way o get to customer information faster
We sell designer furniture. Acumatica has made it easier to track ll of our sales per customer and see what we can do better with. we also track all of our claims which we can better manage.

Acumatica is well suited in distribution. I think it lacks in purchasing ability from over seas. there are missing steps and Acumatica works for perfect scenarios. but if everything doesn't come in at once it makes it hard to manage.
