Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I use Acumatica to quote customers and process sales orders and purchase orders.

Pros

  • Everything is hooked together.
  • Easy to find things - user friendly
  • New age - upgrade from our old, dated system.

Cons

  • Customizing
  • If we could put emails into the files of a sales orders/purchase order …that would be so helpful!
  • It’s showing a clear picture of sales.
  • Helping with inventory control.
4-6 months
We are new so still learning but I believe that we will be able to fulfill customers orders in a more timely fashion.
We are a distributor for aircraft, space, and railway. We are still learning but seem to be learning that we can use Acumatica to help track orders more clearly and quickly.
We have not used any other products like Acumatica.

We will be starting e-commerce and from what I’m seeing so far, I think it will be helpful.
It is helping with keeping track of inventory.

I need to find a way to break about a BOM to see raw material and track raw material usage.
