Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We implemented Acumatica to our company about a year ago and are still working through the training process. My favorite Acumatica feature is how customizable it is and how friendly user it is as well. Being at the summit I've been able to see all of the different features there are that we would like to implement to help our team. I'm looking forward to joining some of the training to provide accurate, real time data to my upper management as well as my project team.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Lots of learning tools

Cons

  • Typing too fast in Acumatica normally causes glitches and makes me reenter information.
  • It would be helpful if the response time would be faster
  • We've been able to expand due to having to spend less time doing data entry, the system does it for us
1-3 months
We are able to have a faster turn around on pending tasks
It's been great helping us keep track of budgeting and forecasting for our jobs

I constantly brag to other colleagues how much I love working in Acumatica, it isn't like other software that seems to be outdated. Not only is it very user friendly, it's also aesthetically pleasing which helps a lot for those field people who aren't as tech savvy.
