Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it in all aspects of our organization from order entry, to shipping, to Cash collection and journal entries. The product allows us to optimize the mundane tasks thru the automation schedules and business events.

Pros

  • It allows the automation of order entry.
  • It helps with the inter company transactions completely in the background with the correct setups.
  • It allows for the automation of shipment creation.
  • It allows for detailed customer records.

Cons

  • The customer portal has rooms for improvements with adding additional features.
  • The software can potentially add document attachment to the trial balance.
  • Additional HR tracking features.
  • It has helped streamline order processing leading to more orders going out the door.
